How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@yellocapsicum.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to defects or errors on our part will be fully refunded, including return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@yellocapsicum.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
